God is Good and His Mercies Endure Forever!
Thank you once again, for standing with Michal Ann and I and our Encounters Network staff and team. It is such a blessing to have an army of intercessors to walk with. Let me give you a couple of updates.
Good News First!
I, James, had a CT scans done recently. I have really Good News! But let me back up for a moment and give you some background. For about a year – I have actually had two growths behind my stomach area. One has been over 3 inches long and about 2 ½ inches wide – about the size of a potato. Then there has been a small one next to it that began about a year ago. Well my scans that just came back shows now that the larger growth is now one half of its size! PTL! It is now only around 1 ½ inches tall and 1 inch wide. This is a big break through and the best news I have had in months! The other growth remains about the same size.
A Recent Time of Difficulty
Two weekends ago, we went through a very stressful and difficult time as Michal Ann got double vision suddenly. Her left eye was just not moving correctly and it was a rather hard thing to go through. She was not able to drive and was very unsteady on her feet. I had to take care into ER a week ago Friday night to Vanderbilt Hospital. It was one very long night. They did a CT Head Scan, MRI, blood work and met with various doctors. We were there until 7 AM the next morning – in other words – an all-nighter. All the tests came back fine though and we were grateful there were no new growths, no hemorrhaging, etc.
We left that morning, got home and went to sleep. But we were left puzzled about what the source was and what to do. Well, prayer arose once again and slowly Michal Ann’s left eye was restored to its proper function and by Monday the double vision was gone. I took her to our doctor on Monday and he indicated that she probably passed a small blood clot. It is now a week later, and her eyesight is fine and she has been driving again. So – for those of you who are on our Health Task Force and others – thanks for your prayers. It was one difficult weekend. But PTL it is history now and Michal Ann has rested and is doing well.
She still does have a cancerous growth at her liver, lung and rib cage. The growth at her rib cage has either cracked or broken her 9th and 10th ribs and this has created a great deal of pain. Michal Ann has needed to be on some high-level painkillers to help her sleep and function. It took a while to adjust to the medicine but that has now happened and she is able to function relatively well.
So – do not stop praying – we still need a major break through. Okay?

Let’s join our faith together and believe for all cancer cells to be eradicated from both of our bodies in Jesus Name! More details will be released as we have them.
