Open the Door for Dreamers!

Join our team going to Pemba this May 27th - June 13th in 2010. We will build Dreamer’s Playground Park in memory of Michal Ann Goll. This park is for the Children at the Iris Ministry Center in Pemba, Mozambique with Heidi Baker and the Iris Team.

In her handwritten Last Will and Testament,
Michal Ann Goll wrote in part:

I request that you not forget the poor that Jesus died for and that you carry on my ministry of Compassion Acts to the world.

We at Compassion Acts would like to invite you to join us on a trip to Pemba, Mozambique for May 2010! Our dates are May 27th - June 13th. The trip cost will be $3500 subject to adjustments. We are very excited about building  Dreamer's Park Playground: A place where children's dreams come true. Our goal is to dedicate Dreamer's Park with Heidi Baker, in memory of Michal Ann Goll, at the end of our trip. Please remember we need the Marys' and the Marthas' on this trip with us, both prayer warriors and hand laborers!

As most of you know, we have been planning and praying for the finances to build a memorial to honor Michal Ann Goll, to remember her heart and life lived for the poor.  I had the chance to join Michal Ann on her last trip to Mozambique in 2007.  Her heart was so moved and committed for the children of Mozambique.  As we considered ways to memorialize her life, the Lord brought to us the idea of building a play area for the children of Iris Ministries and the surrounding community in Pemba, Mozambique

Mozambique has no end to challenges, especially for children. But given a little love and care, the place becomes like Eden. I have seen with my own eyes the difference being made in the lives of children through Iris Ministries led by Rolland and Heidi Baker.  This past May I saw over 200 children attending school and more than 1,000 fed at the Pemba center.  Their lives are being changed by the Love of God working thru His people. In January, 2010 I will be in Pemba again to release funding to begin Phase 1 of the construction. In May the team will join me to complete Phase 2 and for the dedication.

In September 2009 we are going to build a memorial playground for the children of Iris Ministries in Pemba, Mozambique. It will be called Dreamer’s Park in memory of Michal Ann and her work with Compassion Acts. We need to raise approximately $15,000 in order to do this project with excellence.
