Greetings to Each of You!

I want to give you an update on my Health and the decisions that have been made as a result of my most recent battery of tests.

But before I give you any details – let me first say “THANK YOU” to the thousands, actually probably hundreds of thousands of you that have stood in the gap with Michal Ann and me in the past four years of our battle with the little “c” (cancer). We could not have made it this far, without your prayers, friendship and loving support. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

But the battle is raging again. I must beat this ugly monster!

The long and short of it is the following: The cancer is growing again and it must be stopped. Therefore, I am taking a 90 Day Sabbatical beginning July 1 through September 30, 2006 to be able to fully focus on “getting well”. All ministry engagements have been cancelled during this time. As part of my personal battle plan, I will be entering a Wellness Center called “Oasis” later in July for several weeks.

Yes, the Doctor has ordered me to take a 90 Day Sabbatical! Dr. Jesus, the medical doctors, and Dr. James Goll all agree!

The simplest way for me to communicate the issues is to list them out in a point by point manner. I will list some of the problems and the steps toward the solution.

Continued Health Problems

• Reports are back from the recent PET and CT scans that I had taken the first week of June. The cancer is growing again in the nodules behind my stomach.  It is still present at the collar bone, but it is stable there. It is still contained. But the string of nodules behind my stomach is increasing in both size and the amount of cancerous activity. The amount of activity has increased significantly.

• An old problem of hypoglycemia has also poked its head back up.  This condition has now become “reactive hypoglycemia” which makes some of my chemistry really out of whack – I can get quite dizzy and very tired as a result.

• My immune system is really low right now and thus hindering my ability to fight off the cancer and other infections, etc.  I have not been feeling well for the past few weeks.

• Other recent tests indicate that I have an absorption problem due to parasites.  This could be at the bottom of all the health problems and may also explain why I have not been getting the benefit of all the supplements that I take and why my energy level is so low.  This could be the reason why other complications are manifesting as well.

• So – the identification of potential parasites could be a big breakthrough! I have felt for a long time that this was an issue.  I have done cleansings, been to GI specialists previously, etc.  But finally I am finding solutions to the long term problems. 

Health Solutions

• By the agreement of five sources – EN Board of Directors, my Personal Advisory Group, EN Staff, family, and Medical Doctors – I will begin a 90 Day Sabbatical July 1 – September 30. The focus during this period of time is my health. Though there will be “ministry” benefits to unplugging, my ultimate focus is my health! When I am healed and fully restored, things will be better for every area of my life – personal, family, ministry and every thing else. But right now - the focus is getting whole!
  
• No – we do not presently have the funds to do any of this! But we all agree that it must be done. I must get well and it just has not been happening the way I have been going.
  
• I am beginning a fresh approach – adopting a new mind set. I will go into this opening a new chapter of my life with new pages to write on.  Change is good!

• The oncology doctors at Vanderbilt Hospital have presented a possible approach that involves the use of a radio active isotope mixed with the synthetic protein. But this will definitely harm my immune system that is already depleted.  Therefore, it has been decided this past week to hold this and other traditional treatments off for now.  Everyone agrees that my immune system is too weak right now for these treatments.
  
• I also believe that this sabbatical will redemptively be used to reshape and recalibrate me for the next round of God activity. I am excited about the days ahead and want to do any and everything I can to be well, happy and moving forward in the progressive call of God.

Of course, we believe in prayer, the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the work of the cross of Jesus and that God is good and He wants me well. I am not wavering in any of these foundational truths!  God’s Word works and it will and does work for me!

I will release a specific prayer focus later. But for now – declare God’s Word and pray that all roots of infirmity are exposed and that I am totally healed. Call forth the needed finances for the next 90 days. Speak life and health to all the cells of my body!

Yes, I have several confirmations already to the decisions that have been made and the direction I am headed. Seer prophet Bob Jones saw that I had poisons in my body and that my immune system had been adversely affected. He strongly encouraged me to do all that I can to see a reversal! Mickey Robinson gave me an amazing word based out of the book of Acts, and others sense we are getting to the root of the problem.

Mark and Suzie Roye of Blood N Fire in San Antonio, Texas, have pledged the first $1,000 towards the cost of these 90 days. They challenge the rest of you to pray and act accordingly.

We will need to raise funds to cover our entire ministry operational budget for the next few months as well an additional $25,000 to cover the cost of the Oasis Hospital. Thank you once again for caring, loving, giving and praying. Together we shall conquer this in Christ Jesus. This enemy shall bow its knee at the name of Jesus and a great testimony shall be heard around the globe! Blessings to each of you!
