For our PrayerStorm focus this week, we are targeting a very strong and pertinent word from our friend Avner Boskey, Director of Final_Frontier_Ministries in Beersheva, Israel. Please open your heart to this timely message. I wholeheartedly endorse the content and warning issued in Avner's message. We must intercede for our nations to be properly aligned with the word of God concerning Israel.

Recently I had the honor of ministering in Abilene, Texas; Chicago, Illionis; and Toronto, Canada. I met hungry hearts everywhere I went! What a blessing it is to be an ambassador for Christ! I will be taking a few days off the first part of July to rest and spend time with my family.

Michal Ann has been getting stronger while being at home and will be accompanying us on our family vacation. We will be taking Michal Ann to Lakeland the 9th – 11th of July for healing prayer. So keep praying with us for her complete restoration.

Urgent Call to Prayer Concerning Israel

Shalom Friends!

This is a short word of exhortation, and a call to urgent prayer from Israel.

The God of the Old Testament is also the God of the New Testament. He is the God and Father of our Lord Messiah Yeshua. His ways of dealing with nations have not changed over the millennia. He seems to believe that He is God, and that He can act as He sees fit.

One of the plumb lines by which God measures a society is that nation's heart and actions regarding His Chosen people Israel.

In Genesis 12:3 God promises to bless those who bless Israel, but to curse the one who laughs at, derides, ignores or sneers at God's covenant with that nation. This is the Hebrew sense of the verb "meqalelecha" ("he who curses you"). Israel remains God's thermometer to take the temperature of a sin-sick world.

The God of Israel states in Deut 32:8-10 When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of Israel. For YHVH's portion is His people; Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance. He found him in a desert land, and in the howling waste of a wilderness; He encircled him, He cared for him, He guarded him as the pupil of His eye.

The borders of the nations are set by God based on the Jewish people. One of the ultimate ways that the nations rebel is by attempting to up-end this dynamic – by the nations attempting to set the boundaries of the Jewish land.

At this point in time, spiritual forces of great deception are at work, influencing the decision makers of Israel and the USA in order to get them to shrink the borders of the land of Israel, and specifically to move toward the division of Jerusalem. This is bringing a prophetic curse into play found in Joel 3:1-2 and Zech.14:1-3.

Such attempts to divide the land of Israel will lead to disaster. Please read Bill Koenig's book "Eye to Eye" for an up to date analysis of this dynamic.

The pressure placed upon Prime Minister Ariel Sharon in 2005 led not only to the trauma of Israel's "disengagement" from Gaza. On the last day of that withdrawal, a devastating hurricane began its march toward New Orleans, causing the forced withdrawal of hundreds of thousands and great damage. PM Sharon is today in a vegetative state, and since then over 7,000 Islamist rockets have rained down on Israel from Hamas-controlled Gaza.

Hurricane Katrina was the finger of God, very similar to the work of God in Egypt through Moses – what is known in the Bible as the Ten Plagues. The God of the Exodus is still watching over His Jewish people, and scrutinizing the hearts of thoughts of the nations (see Psalm 2; Micah 7:15-17).

In those days the political advisors to Pharaoh did not recognize the finger of God until it was too late.

If the leadership of Israel and the USA continue to push for the re-division of Jerusalem, there will be war in the Middle East and great shakings in America.

The time is urgent. Pray for the leadership of the USA and Israel to hear God's voice and to pull back from needless war and destruction.

This is "a severe storm warning." Pray with increasing fervor, especially as we move into the period of the "dire straits", July 19th evening through August 10th evening.
