Greetings to Each of You from Oasis of Hope!

A Report from Day 14 – August 7 th

Well I have now been here in the Oasis of Hope Hospital (www.oasisofhope.com) in Tijuana, Mexico for 14 days now. The big news is that I get out on this, Friday, August 11 th! Justin – our oldest son came to see me a couple of days last week and I had a great time with him. Then Dr. Kurt and Liz Harnish from TN came to see me and visit the Oasis Center here on Friday. So that was a big blessing to me. This is the doctor that will have the follow up care for me when I return home.

Thanks again to all of you who have contributed financially and in prayer so I could come here. I would like to hug each of you!

I think this has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life time – to come here. Though I had some set backs this past weekend with my gastro intestinal tract – I am sooo much better than when I came. I am learning a massive amount about nutrition. Now to walk it out in real life time! Oh my – what a challenge that will be – but what an opportunity to change my life! And then pass this knowledge on to others! Yes, God!

I have completed now all my vitamin C mega doses that is used to fight cancer. When this is all over – in my 18 days here – I will have had 12 O-Zone Treatments, combined with other therapies to detox my body and build up my immune system. It is exactly what the doctor has ordered! Yea God! I have found favor with the executive doctor that directs the hospital and was able to prayer with him in a special appointment this past week.

I received a phone call on Saturday afternoon. It was from over a 1,000 screaming people from our Women on the Frontlines Conference in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I was shocked and surprised. Sounds as though it was one of the best gatherings our ministry has hosted since its inception. The church in Ohio did a great job of hosting us and the people were so responsive to the message brought! Michal Ann will have a ton to share with you as she has time to do so.

Michal Ann will be flying back to San Diego this coming Wednesday, August 9 th to be here with me for the last couple of days before I am dismissed. We will then hang out in the Southern California area for a few days before participating in the yearly Harvest International Ministries Apostolic Team meeting with Che Ahn and Team on August 14 th. We will fly back to Nashville on Friday, August 17 th.

So by the time I get back home – I will have been gone for a month! I am very much looking forward to getting home to my own bed, seeing our kids and friends. Boy – not sure what I am going to eat when I get there though! Oh my! I have been telling others for a few weeks now – “Shifts Happen” and “Change is Good!” Funny – how this thing works – what you declare you get to wear! Ha! New twist I guess!

I will not have scans done again until I get back home – that way it will be covered on my insurance. I will not know my follow up program for a couple more days. But I think I will need to come back for two days in around three months from now.

So pray the following things:

  • Thank the Lord for His mercies and that I am feeling so much better and that the finances came in for this initial round of treatment.
  • Thanks the Lord for the wonderful WOFL Conference that past week.
  • Ask the Lord for wisdom for the doctors for my follow up protocol.
  • Ask the Lord for the increase in EN monthly support base so that we are not dependent upon my travels to maintain the ministry financially.
  • Ask the Lord in Jesus great name for the needed funds for the next 60 plus days for EN budget as I complete this sabbatical.
  • Pray that I turn the corner and now will be able to get the most of the next 6 weeks of this time. I am majored on Health – now may I major on spiritual renewal and matters such as that.
  • Pray for the completing work on the Compassion Acts book that Michal Ann is chairing the coordinating writing efforts on.

Thanks in behalf and myself, the Goll family and the entire Encounters Network Staff and Team.

We will need to raise funds to cover our entire ministry operational budget for the next few months as well an additional $25,000 to cover the cost of the Oasis Hospital. To assist us financially, support should be given directly to Encounters Network and mailed to P. O. Box 1653, Franklin, TN 37065, or donations may be given online by clicking here. If you would like to give specifically to the Oasis program and my medical expenses, please select "Mercy Assistance Fund" from the drop down menu. All "General Donations" will go toward the ongoing operational expenses of Encounters Network.

Thank you once again for caring, loving, giving and praying. Together we shall conquer this in Christ Jesus. This enemy shall bow its knee at the name of Jesus and a great testimony shall be heard around the globe! Blessings to each of you!
